We consistently strive to offer traditional favourite dishes such as the local goats cheese fried served with a homemade chilli jam, sfinec tal-incova which is a deep fried savoury doughnut stuffed with an anchovy based mix.
A selection of mezes with different Maltese appetisers and dishes, served with the famous Valletta crusty bread is a firm favourite with both locals and foreigners.
